We are lucky enough to say Carmel has been home for us since we were children. College, career and family have taken us elsewhere
over the years, but as third generation residents our deep roots and all the peninsula’s wonders brought us back home. Growing up here has given us an intimate knowledge of the area and a network of contacts throughout the Monterey Peninsula that we can leverage on behalf of our clients.

Prior to starting her career in real estate, Linda spent 12 years in Sales and Marketing with Hewlett-Packard where we she was fortunate enough to benefit from one of the most extensive, professional training and development programs in the industry. HP’s superior focus on customer needs taught her to think imaginatively, act decisively and deliver timely results.
Michael has spent the bulk of his waking hours over the last two decades working his way up in the high-tech industry. As a Sales
and Marketing executive with several companies, Michael worked with a broad array of clients from consumers to large corporations like Microsoft and Apple. Michael has extensive experience designing winning multi-channel marketing campaigns, developing strategic relationships and negotiating complex contracts.

Our education also plays an important role in our success. Linda earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. In addition, she holds a Real Estate Broker’s License from the State of California. Achieving the higher level Broker’s certification required the successful completion of college level courses in Real Estate Finance, Law, Appraisal, Economics, Accounting, Ethics and several others. Michael received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton. Over the years in the corporate world, Michael completed numerous training courses in a variety of disciplines ranging from contracts to internet marketing. Michael also holds his Real Estate Agent’s License from the State of California.

Growing up as childhood friends, we were reunited at our 10 year class reunion from Carmel High School. Over the last 20 years we have followed our dual careers across the U.S. living in several different cities across 5 states. That journey also included the buying and selling of several homes.

On a personal note, the joy we receive from watching our two boys develop into dynamic young men is immeasurable. We cherish the opportunity to have them attend the same schools that we did in hopes that they too can build friendships that are lifelong. With whatever time is leftover we enjoy being creative. Being the daughter of two artists, Linda has an inherent eye for color and aesthetics. She loves to do interior design, color consultation, faux painting, staging, and yes, even remodeling. The beach and nature are our other loves. Our family is known for initiating impromptu beach parties where we roast hot dogs gather with friends and celebrate how lucky we are to live in such a beautiful place.
